There are three types of map pop-ups that could appear on the interface.
(1) Identify Feature Pop-Up
When the user selects the Identify Feature tool and clicks on a location, a map pop-up will appear. This map pop-up could include a mile point, intersection, calibration point, NHS, functional class, facility type, highway district, MPO, RTA, etc. If multiple results come up for the selected location, such as the twenty-six options shown below, the user can click the middle box (ex. 1 of 26) to open a list of the features gathered; the user can click one of the options in the list to open its pop-up. Alternatively, the user can click the arrows on either side of the box to flip through the features list. The image below shows an example of the Identify Feature map pop-up.
(2) Identify Route Pop-Up
When the user selects the Identify Route tool and clicks on a location, a map pop-up will appear. This map pop-up will show the nearby routes and measures. The image below shows an example of the Identify Route map pop-up.
(3) Change Map Display Pop-Up
When the user fills out the Change Map Display interface and clicks "Refresh Map," the Map Frame will display the results. Then, the user can hover over the mapped projects to see their Project IDs. If the user clicks on a Project ID box, an extended pop-up with additional information (Activity, Program, MPO, and Description) on the mapped project will be displayed. The image below shows an example of the Change Map Display map pop-ups.
