After the Budget icon () is selected in the Manage tab, the user can click on the second internal tab to view the Program Targets.
Function
The Program Targets tab contains the target budget for each program per year, and it allows the user to ensure that a program is within the target budget for the selected STIP and year.
Calculations: Highway
The amounts listed on the total lines for the columns in each section are calculated using these formulas:

The Grand Total Formula Funds and Difference from Funds Available rows follow these calculations:

Controls
The user also has access to view the information on the table in other formats. There are three controls that change the format of the table information:

| View in Excel Link | Open the table in Excel format. |
