The information in this article is related to the Actions interface which can be accessed through the Manage Tab.
Revision Types
The Actions interface hosts changes or revisions that fall into two categories: Amendment or Adjustment. The STIP Manager application includes a "Rules Engine" to automatically define changes into these categories. Each time a user saves funding changes to projects in the Active STIP, the system will check the changes that the user made against the rules that define an Amendment or Adjustment. If the system determines that these changes warrant an Amendment or Adjustment, they are marked accordingly in the database and are displayed in the Actions module. The following logic is used to determine if a funding change should trigger an Amendment or Adjustment in the STIP:
| Project Programmed Cost (PPC) | Rule | Result |
| < $5,000,000 | | Adjusted TFPC – PPC | >= $500,000 Amendment | Amendment |
| < $5,000,000 | | Adjusted TFPC – PPC | < $500,000 Adjustment | Adjustment |
| >= $5,000,000 | | (Adjusted TFPC – PPC) | / Adjusted TFPC >= 10% | Amendment |
| >= $5,000,000 | | (Adjusted TFPC – PPC) | / Adjusted TFPC < 10% | Adjustment |
*Note: All actionable PINFO changes default to an Adjustment.
