The Standard Reports are located below the Project Filters on the left side of the STIP Viewer. They are indicated below in a red box.
Function
The Standard Reports section allows the user to generate a preconfigured report for the project data.
Components
The Standard Reports section of the STIP Viewer has three major components: report type, project type, and output type. The table below describes the related controls for these components.

| Highway Radio Button | Project Type | Indicate that the report will reflect Highway project data. |
| Transit Radio Button | Project Type | Indicate that the report will reflect Transit project data. |
| "Open as PDF" Button | Output Type | Open the report in PDF format. |
| "Open in Excel" Button | Output Type | Open the report in Excel. |
Workflow
To generate a standard report, the user must follow the steps below:
- Click a Standard Report type from the "Select Report" list.
- Select a project type radio button, either Highway or Transit, if applicable.
- Click an output type: "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."
NOTE: The user can select either project type-- Highway or Transit-- regardless of the currently mapped data. However, only certain report types have the project type radio buttons available.
