Tab Organization
The content of the Projects internal tab is divided into Regionally Prioritized and State Prioritized areas. Projects funded by an MPO area are displayed in the Regionally Prioritized section and those funded by Statewide are displayed in the State Prioritized section. The Regionally Prioritized and State Prioritized sections also have subsections that divide their content:
- Regionally Prioritized Subsections -- Programs and Earmark or Discretionary Grant Funded
- State Prioritized Subsections -- Programs, Non-Federal Aid Funded, and Planning / Adjustments / Pass Throughs
These subsections have certain criteria that groups their projects together. The table below outlines the criteria which constitutes the placement of projects under each category.
| Subsection | Associated Section | Criteria |
| Programs | Regionally Prioritized Subsections | Contains all project with programmed amounts where Funded By does not equal (≠) Statewide, Funding does not equal (≠) Other Federal Aid or Non-Federal Aid, and Program Priority does not equal (≠) Planning / Adjustments / Pass Throughs. |
| Earmark or Discretionary Grant Funded | Regionally Prioritized Subsections | Contains all projects with programmed amounts where Funding equals (=) Other Federal Aid. |
| Programs | State Prioritized Subsections | Contains all projects with programmed amounts where Funded By equals (=) Statewide, Funding does not equal (≠) Other Federal Aid or Non-Federal Aid, and Program Priority does not equal (≠) Planning / Adjustments / Pass Throughs. |
| Non-Federal Aid Funded | State Prioritized Subsections | Contains all projects with programmed amounts where Funding equals (=) Non-Federal Aid. |
| Planning / Adjustments / Pass Throughs | State Prioritized Subsections | Contains all projects with programmed amounts where Program Priority equals (=) Planning / Adjustments / Pass Throughs. |
STIP Selection
The STIP dropdown allows the user to select a STIP version to display in the window. There are three STIP types that can be hosted in this dropdown: Active (A), Development (D), and Historical (H). Both the Development STIP and the Active STIP can be edited, but the Historical STIPs are view-only. All STIPs will be marked by their date range and letter identification (A, D, or H) in the dropdown. If modifications are made to an Active STIP, the system will automatically check to determine if the changes made should be handled as an adjustment or an amendment. Modifications made to the Development STIP are not tracked through the Actions or History tab.
Select Projects from PINFO and Add New Projects
The user has view access to all MPOs and Programs within the application. However, edit access, such as using the Select Projects from PINFO and Add New Project buttons, will only be available for the MPO or Program that the user has permissions for.
The user may print the information on the Projects tab by selecting the "Print" link in the lower right corner of the interface. This will open a print dialog so the user can specify the print details.
