When the Projects icon () is selected in the Manage tab, the History internal tab can be opened by clicking on a Project ID in the Projects tab. The History internal tab will be grayed out and inaccessible until a Project ID is selected.
Function
The History tab keeps a record of every Amendment and Adjustment made to the selected project in the Active STIP. This tab is view-only.
Look
The picture below shows an example of how the History Tab will look on the application.
Status Column
The Status column shows the user the current state of any pending change. The values that can be shown here include:
| Status | Status Description |
| Pending Staging Approval | Pending Changes on the Staging Tab. |
| Pending TIP Approval | Pending Changes on the TIP Tab. |
| Pending Pre-Approval | Pending Changes on the Pre-Approval Tab. |
| Pre-Approved | Changes Pending FHWA Submittal. |
| Pending FHWA Approval | Changes Pending FHWA Approval. |
| FHWA Complete | Changes Approved by FHWA in a Revision. |
| No Approval Necessary | Non-Actionable Changes that do not go through the Approval Process (i.e. TFPC). |
