The System Administration tab is used to manage and maintain system administration functions for STIP Manager. There is one section on this tab: Maintenance.

Function

Each icon on the tab leads to an interface. These icons/interfaces and their specific roles are listed below by section.

Maintenance 

The following tools are provided under the Maintenance group:

1.  -- Users: Add and edit user information and privileges.
2.  -- Code Lists: Edit application code lists.
3. -- Fund Mapping: Ensure that only funds available for programming to a specific Program are available in the picklist on the Project Funding and Actions Staging interfaces.
4. -- Export: Export the contents of the STIP for use in external processes by MassDOT users.
5. -- Activate STIP: Transition the Development STIP to the Active STIP.
