The Load Search button is located on the right corner of the Main Menu. The Load Search button is used to delete or load previously saved searches.
Sort
The Load Search window will be sorted by Updated Date descending by default, but the sorting type and direction can be changed by clicking on a table header (Search Name, Search Owner, or Updated On). Once a header is clicked, an arrow will appear to show the direction of the sort. An up arrow indicates ascending order, while a down arrow indicates descending order. To change the direction of the sort, simply click on the header again. The image below shows the default sort.
Filter
The Load Search window will automatically display the current user's saved searches. However, the user can also filter for searches saved by other users through the "Filter..." link. When this link is selected, a pop-up with three filter fields will appear: Search Name, Search Owner, and Updated On. These are the same fields hosted on the Load Search table. Multiple filter fields can be filled in this pop-up if desired. To instigate the search, click the "Filter" button.
Delete/Load
To delete a search, the user can click on a table row, then click the "Delete Selected Search" button. To load a search, the user can click on a table row, then click the "Load Selected Search" button. This action will open a filled Criteria box on the right side of the screen. Then, the "Search" button can be used to show the results in summary data boxes and on the map.
