The second icon on the Utility Bar provides the user with access to User Settings and a Logout function.
User Settings
User Settings can be used to manage certain attributes and notification settings specific to a user. Once selected in the picklist, its interface will appear on the screen.
The information stored in this tab is the user's First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, Phone Number, Email Notifications Status, and preferred Theme. All values except "Username" can be edited if desired by clicking the "Edit Profile" button. Then, the interface will update to an editable state. The First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number fields are textboxes that can be edited by clicking into the appropriate field and typing a new value. The "Receive Email Notifications" toggle can be turned "ON" to deliver all relevant system notifications and actions initiated in CIP Manager to the user’s email in addition to being shown in the Notifications area within the system. The Theme picklist can be used to set the Color Mode for the application; the available options are Light, Dark, and System, meaning the application's appearance will follow the computer's settings. If any changes are made to this interface, the "Save Changes" button must be selected to solidify them, or the "Cancel" button must be selected to revert them to their original values.
Log Out
The second icon on the Utility Bar also provides the ability to logout. When the "Logout" option is selected, the user will be signed out of the application and placed back on the welcome screen.
