Add, Edit, and Delete Funding Records
The user can add, edit, and delete fund records in the Investment section. Each of these actions is detailed below.
Add Funding Record
To add a new funding record to the table, the user must select the "Edit Project" button, then navigate to the Investment section. Once expanded, the "Add Funding Record" button can be selected in the bottom left corner of the section to specify a new funding row. This will trigger the appearance of the "Add Funding Record" pop-up.
The fields on the "Add Funding Record" pop-up will mirror those on the Investment table. Once at least the required fields have values (Program and Funding Level 3), the "Save" button can be selected to solidify the new funding record. This record will then appear on the Investment table.
Edit Funding Record
The user may also edit the fields in an existing row in the Investment table. This is accomplished by clicking into a field and utilizing its textbox or picklist if the field is editable. When a field is edited and saved, a change alert will be triggered, and the fields will be highlighted, denoting a change to the project's funding.
Delete Funding Record
To delete a fund record, the user can select the checkbox for the desired row on the Investment table, then select the "Delete Funding Record" button. This will strike the record text through, and the row will turn red. The proposed deleted record will be tracked and staged in the Project Refresh tab with the ability to submit for approval or withdraw and return the record to its former state. If the user wishes to restore the row on the Investment table, the checkbox can be selected for the desired row, then the "Restore Funding Record" button can be selected.
