The Division section of the Project Details tab provides users with the ability to manage all Division specific details related to a Highway project or an Aeronautics project. This section will be collapsed by default, but it can be expanded by clicking on the ribbon's header or caret within the header.
Fields
These fields will be available in this section of the Details tab for Highways:

| Cash Flow Run Date | This is a date field that hosts the Highway or MBTA cash flow system runs. |
| First Cash Flow Date | This is a date field that hosts the first cash flow date from the Highway Division cash flow systems. Divisions other than Highway should not edit. |
| FFY Advertising Date | This is a date field that hosts the Federal Fiscal Year advertising date from the Highway Division cash flow systems. Divisions other than Highway should not edit. |
| Advertising Date | This is a date field that hosts the advertising date from the from the Highway Division cash flow systems. Divisions other than Highway should not edit. |
| NTP Date | This is a date field that hosts the notice to proceed date from the Highway Division cash flow systems. Divisions other than Highway should not edit. |
| Federal MT | This checkbox marks the project as having a Federal Match amount from the Highway Division cash flow systems. Divisions other than Highway should not edit. |
| Non-Federal MT | This checkbox marks the project as having a Non-federal match amount from the Highway Division cash flow systems. Divisions other than Highway should not edit. |
These fields will be available in this section of the Details tab for Aeronautics:

| Aeronautics Funding Program | This is a picklist which can be used by the Aeronautics Division to note whether a project is funded through the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) or Airport Safety and Management Program (ASMP). Aeronautics should not edit; other divisions should leave blank. |
| Aeronautics FY Project Start Date | This is a textbox which can be used by the Aeronautics Division to track the Fiscal Year Start Date. Aeronautics should not edit; other divisions should leave blank. |
