The last icon on the Utility Bar links to this Help Guide. The CIP Manager Help Guide provides a basic overview of “how to” perform actions for various activities within the software. With its placement on the Utility Bar, a user can easily access the Help Guide while using the system. 

The Help Guide is sorted in this manner:

• Category - CIP Manager
• Sections - (examples) General, Projects, Budgets, and Actions
• Articles - Topics based on the application's elements, actionable tasks, or necessary information in the given section
