The Administration icon opens a picklist of options to help the user manage CIPs, Fund Sources, Programs, Users, Code Lists, and Custom Fields. Each of these options leads to an interface. Only System Administrators can access these items.
The table below outlines the interfaces' descriptions and the associated permissions required to access them. The System Administrator role includes all of these permissions.

| CIPs | Create/Manage CIPs | Create and manage the various versions of the CIP within the application. |
| Fund Sources | Add/Edit Fund Sources | Create and modify Fund Sources used for project programming. |
| Programs | Add/Edit Programs | Create and modify Programs used for project programming. |
| Users | Add/Edit Users, Add/Edit Roles | Add and edit users of the application. |
| Code Lists | Create Code Lists, Manage Code Lists | Maintain the relevant application code lists. |
| Custom Fields | Add/Edit Fields | Configure the labels and display for many of the existing CIP Manager fields related to a project. |
