CIP Manager is an intuitive, web-based application designed to facilitate the planning and management of MassDOT infrastructure investments over time. It allows users to view, enter, and edit fiscal data associated with Capital Investment Planning (CIP). This application is composed of these modules:

• Project Universe
• Projects - Add and manage projects.
• Budgets - Input funding information.
• Actions - Process CIP revisions through an automated workflow.
• Reports - View comprehensive budgetary information and track capital improvements.

The application also includes a utility bar which provides System Administration capabilities, namely the ability to maintain users, security roles, fund sources, programs, code lists, and configuration settings.
