CIP Manager is an intuitive, web-based application designed to facilitate the planning and management of MassDOT infrastructure investments over time. This application allows users to view, enter, and edit fiscal data associated with Capital Investment Planning (CIP). CIP Manager includes these interfaces to help with the various aspects of CIP Creation and maintenance:

• Project Universe
• Projects - Add and manage projects.
• Budgets - Input funding information.
• Actions - Process CIP revisions through an automated workflow.
• Reports - View comprehensive budgetary information and track capital improvements.

The application also includes a Utility Bar which provides System Administration capabilities, namely the ability to maintain CIPs, fund sources, programs, users, code lists, and custom fields.
